Meet Alison Raver, MS, CCC-SLP

Owner/Speech Language Pathologist

Alison is a Maryland Licensed and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with 25 years of experience in the field. She earned her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Loyola College in Maryland (now University) in 2000. Throughout her career, Alison has worked in a variety of settings, including non-profit and private clinics, the public school system, and even ran a small private caseload while living in New Zealand.

After successfully overcoming Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma between 2019 and 2020, Alison decided to pursue her long-held dream of establishing her own practice. This path allowed her to build strong relationships with families and provide high-quality therapy to children in the areas where she feels most skilled and passionate.

Outside of work, Alison and her husband have three sons, ages 8, 13, and 16, along with a lively rescue dog. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, mentoring and supporting cancer patients, and staying up-to-date with new therapy techniques.
